Spread across 20 acres, the park is strategically located to draw visitors from Noida, Delhi, Greater Noida, and Faridabad. Developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model, it has been built at an estimated cost of Rs 22 crore by the Noida Authority in collaboration with private firm Z-Tech, which has previously created parks like UP Darshan Park and Happiness Park in Lucknow.

Isha Chaudhary, vice-president of Z-Tech, said, “Every animal and artistic installation at the park has been designed using scrap materials like nuts, bolts, rods, chains, and fuel tanks. This reinforces our dedication to protecting the environment and our support towards the Swachh Bharat Mission."

She continued, “At this park, visitors can also experience a night Jungle Safari, where illuminated sculptures and ambient lighting create an authentic, life-like adventure." According to her, all sculptures, gazebos, lighting fixtures, and furniture have been made using recycled and repurposed materials. Nearly 500 tonnes of iron waste have been transformed into intricate installations, turning discarded metal into stunning visual experiences.
