PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) - The City of Pineville has announced they will be discontinuing the recycling program due to contamination issues.
On Facebook, the city said garbage was continuously being thrown in the recycling bins and that the process of removing the trash from the recyclable items was unsustainable.
