Mumbai: Did you know that you can be on exotic beaches without any clothes, enjoying freely in a nude body? Yes, that’s true. If you want to do this, you can try considering Norwegian Cruise Line which is introducing ‘The Big Nude Boat’, a collaboration between Norwegian Cruise Line and Bare Necessities, an 11-day cruise adventure starting on February 3rd and ending on February 14th 2025, promising a nudist-friendly experience aboard the Norwegian Pearl from Miami, circling the Caribbean. While clothing will still be required for certain occasions, designated areas onboard allow passengers to enjoy the sun and sea in the buff, albeit with some guidelines to ensure everyone’s comfort and respect.

The cruise will accommodate up to 2,300 guests, offering nude-friendly zones like the pool deck and sundecks. However, passengers will need to use towels on chairs and adhere to rules prohibiting public nudity.

The itinerary includes stops at exotic destinations such as the Bahamas, where passengers can enjoy nature amidst breathtaking scenery. Prices range from $2,000 for standard cabins to $33,155 for luxury accommodations like the three-person garden villa. On board the Norwegian Pearl, passengers can enjoy 16 dining options, 14 bars and lounges, a casino, and a spa.

Promising a ‘stress-free, clothes-free experience,’ the cruise will visit destinations such as Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, St. Lucia, and Martinique, with three days dedicated to a ‘Nude Day at Sea.’

While the cruise aims to promote social nudity and make clothing-optional vacations more acceptable, it does have specific rules in place. These include strict guidelines against unauthorised photography and etiquette standards like refraining from placing bare buttocks on surfaces. Passengers must also wait until the ship departs from the port before disrobing and covering up if port authorities come aboard. While clothing is required in dining rooms, passengers can opt for nudity in the self-service buffet area.
